5 Ways I Like to Read

Anyone else feel tired when they look at foggy scenes or rain? I took one look at this gif and was like I'm really tired now. Bye. 

To get to some kind of point, today I'm sharing with you 5 ways I like to read. Now, these are ideal as crap. The best possible reading situations for me. They don't happen often, but when they do I'm in love.


1. In a dark room illuminated by a ton of candles. 

Sounds creepy, but I'm always game for it when I've got the time. Add some fall or winter weather and I'm made. Jane Austen style. 


2. By a window, especially if it's raining.

I mean, what's a better time? Add a dim lit room that smells like leaves and apple pie and I'm set. 


3. In bed, surrounded by tons of comfy blankets, late at night.

So, why would this be on my ideal reading spaces? Well, because, I don't read in my bed that much. Not as much as I used to. I couldn't fall asleep when I read in bed. And I'm a full blown kid masquerading as a grown up...so...I need sleep. Save it for the weekends. 


4. Outside, lounging on a picnic blanket, sipping my fave tea, eating cucumber sandwiches in some high grass field like a hobbit. 

And I actually have the perfect spot for this that even gives you a killer view of a waterfall. And yes, I love cucumber sandwiches + tea. 


5. Reading on a porch in the evening at the lake.

Also, reading in the grass by the lake. Such a chill life. Listening to the crickets, and watching the glow of the moon reflect off the lake. I wish that could be my everyday life.
